ABOUT CLEVELAND LODGE

Cleveland Lodge was consecrated on the 7th October 1847 and has remained in Stokesley ever since.

It is a community of Freemasons dedicated to upholding the values of brotherhood, charity, and personal growth.

Our members come together to support each other and contribute to the well-being of our local community.

We welcome individuals who are committed to self-improvement and making a positive impact on the world around them.



NEWS

On Monday 13th April 2026, just prior to our April meeting, we had a brand new Honours board installed in our Temple.
The board was installed in time for our meeting to commence at 7pm.
The 1st degree ceremony we held was conducted perfectly for our new member.

Funded entirely through the generosity of Freemasons and their families, the Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF) is one of the largest grant-making charities in the country.

We build better lives by enabling opportunity, advancing healthcare and education and promoting independence.

A Festival is a Province-wide fundraising project, spread over a number of years (usually 5) to support the work of the Masonic Charitable Foundation. Each Province is in Festival every 11 years and it is now Yorkshire NER's turn - ending in 2029, hence it is called Festival 2029.  At the end of the period of fund raising there is a Festival banquet at which the final total raised is announced.
